My coaching expertise is built on more than 25 years of working in the trenches, primarily across the health industry, as a corporate leader in life sciences, as a non-profit executive, and as an entrepreneur/small business founder.
What I have learned in over a decade of coaching is that while much of the world has and continues to evolve, our issues are the same: we struggle to balance burnout with being our best selves, we are challenged in communicating effectively while speaking our truth, and we often get in our own way of achieving the results we desire while wanting to have meaningful impact in our lives and our work.
Rather than trade-off, we can trade up. Rather than give in, we can gain trust. And rather than seeing options as limited, we can convert them to springboards.
